Terms of Use & Community Guidelines

The short version

DanTheChickenMan Fitness Kitchen is a weekly meal-prep chicken service in Youngsville, Louisiana, with a free fitness and nutrition community. By using the app you agree to these terms. Orders are prepaid or pay-at-pickup, picked up Sundays at Planet Nutrition, Youngsville. Cancelled orders are returned as store credit, not card refunds. Missed pickups roll to the following week.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if your app store or platform requires it) to use the app. You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate.

Orders and payment

Orders are placed against the current weekly drop and paid in advance through Stripe's secure checkout. All orders are pickup only — we don't deliver. Prices and sales tax are shown before you pay.

Weekly subscriptions

A weekly subscription locks in the same package every week and charges your card on a weekly recurring basis until you cancel. There are no skips or pauses — you can cancel any time from the Account page, and no further weekly charges are made after cancelling.

Store credit for cancelled orders

If an order is cancelled, its value is returned to you as store credit (not a card refund), which is applied automatically to your next order.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, comment, or send chat messages that contain:

• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats toward any person or group
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
• Violence, gore, or content that glorifies self-harm
• Spam, scams, or advertising for unrelated products or services
• Illegal activity, or content that infringes anyone's rights
• Anyone else's personal information shared without their consent

Every post, comment, and chat message has a Report option, and you can block any member to hide their content from your view. We review reports within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the accounts behind it are suspended or permanently banned at our discretion. Banned accounts can no longer post, comment, or chat.

Your account

You must accept these terms before your first post or comment. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page — doing so removes your profile and community content and anonymizes your order history. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

The app and service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DanTheChickenMan Fitness Kitchen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
